Job Description

HealthSkil is actively seeking Personal Care Assistant(s) for per diem and full-time openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. 

The ideal PCA is friendly and an energetic healthcare professional that is willing to go above and beyond. This is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone who is looking to pursue a career in the healthcare field. We want caring individuals who are willing to be an integrated part of a team. 

The responsibilities of our PCA's will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Providing everyday physical care which can include; taking vital signs, feeding, bathing and toileting

• Assisting with lifting, re-positioning and transferring of patient/residents

• Remaining in compliance with HIPAA standards

• Answering call bells to any patient/ resident that is in immediate need of assistance 

• Providing companionship and or moral support to patients/ residents 

• Participating in activities and events with patients/ residents

• Performing light housekeeping duties in patient/resident rooms

 

 

Requirements

Document Requirements :

• "Direct Care Professional " certification. (If you do not have one, we can help you obtain one in house.)

• HS Diploma or Transcrips

• Current CPR Certification
